overcharging for service that should be complimentry Purchased a used car from them in march and within 2 months the check engine was on so I called them and they told me to bring it in, they hooked it u Purchased a used car from them in march and within 2 months the check engine was on so I called them and they told me to bring it in, they hooked it up to the computer and said the gas cap was loose and charged me $100 for that, I find out later that this is a very common problem and any mechanic would know to check that first before hooking it up to the computer. I also asked them to check the brakes because they had been making noise since and I had asked for the safety report at the time of purchase but didn't get it, long story short the brakes were said to be fine except for a little rust build up and I ...was charged another $40 for that information. A couple of days later I noticed that the car was shaking on the highway and took it back to the dealer and the service manager test drove it and agreed the wheel were out of balance they rebalanced them and then charged me another $56, argued that I shouldn't have to pay for a problem they caused, but to no avail, I will never take my car back to them or buy another car from them ever More
