I had previously gone to another Mazda dealer where I had an appt with 2 days notice and my colour choice was not prepped so i test drove a different colour. A Great Car Buying Experience I initially contacted Harv at Freeway Mazda and other Mazda dealerships via email looking for a 2016 CX-5. Harv was by far the most courteous and res I initially contacted Harv at Freeway Mazda and other Mazda dealerships via email looking for a 2016 CX-5. Harv was by far the most courteous and responsive over email and phone. When I came into the dealership, Harv was genuine in my dealings with him. From my perspective, he did his best to set me up with what I wanted, and he was available pre and post sale. He did not try to "oversell" me on anything, and was respectful throughout the process. I would highly recommend Harv if you plan on purchasing a Mazda in the future. It was a very positive experience start to finish! More

Great experience My wife and I recently purchased a new Mazda 5 at Freeway Mazda. Peter was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional and very easy going. He answered all our questions and there was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. Everytime we visited the dealership, we never had to wait, Peter was prepared with all the paper work and had everyone lined up to make the process go as fast as possible. This was particularly good since the day we picked up the Mazda 5, we had our two young children with us. One nice touch was when we arrived to pickup our new vehicle, it was waiting for us, on display, outside the front entrance. Peter followed up a few days later to make sure everything was going well with our new vehicle. This was definitely a stress free purchase. More

Visiting Freeway Mazda was a terrific experience - I stepped out of my car and Arnie Riess was there welcoming me and listening to me. No pressure - only lots of information - excellent listening to my questions. Although I was not able to drive at that time he assured me that anytime would be available. With the Mazda CX-5 booklet and his card I was smiling on my way. After 6 weeks I returned (trip) and again was met by Arnie Riess and we worked out a deal on a MazdaCX-5 2016 and I drove the car and also convinced My husband that this is the right choice. I cannot praise Arnie more as a very personal salesperson and the dealership - I am totally satisfied with the deal that I was able to make to purchase this vehicle.
