I just purchased a 2014 Cadillac SRX from Dueck Richmond after trading in my Porsche Cayenne. Never would I have thought the quality, ride and over all vehicle would out perform a Porsche .... BUT the Cadil after trading in my Porsche Cayenne. Never would I have thought the quality, ride and over all vehicle would out perform a Porsche .... BUT the Cadillac is far superior! If you are looking for a over priced name brand car then Porsche is your car, but if you want the true value and craftsmanship try Cadillac. Dueck Richmond was just a pleasure to deal with from the moment I went looking for a vehicle. There facility is one of the cleanest and nicest ones I went and browsed through. I first met Warren their General Sales Manager who came down from the town to greet me, unlike other GM stores where the managers hide. Warren ask me a few question and then turned me over to Dustin a sales consultant who helped me find the perfect vehicle for my family. I ended up settling on a brand new GMC Terrian and I couldn't be happier or feel more comfortable that I recieved the fairest deal. Matt was our Salesman and he was good however the Sales Manager was great. We have been looking for a Cruze diesel for over a month and had several deposits and deals at other GM Dealerships however they Manager was great. Went in looking for a new car. Had been to other dealers to look at different models. He knew the GM product better then any of the other people we had spoken with.
