Wonderful Sales Associate Working with Amberre was an absolute pleasure. She is fun, personable and honest. She is the friendliest, most helpful sales person I've ever met. There is a sense of honesty, caring, and compassion that resonates when dealing with her. The dealership had the exact car I was looking for to take on the test drive. Getting back to the dealership the payment offers were waiting for negation, after which Amberre lead me to TJ. TJ was also extremely honest, friendly, and helpful. He guided me through the buying process step by step and explained how it all worked. A few days later TJ called with the good news and a few days after that a picked up my shiney new car. Upon pick up, TJ was there to go over everything I was signing, and Amberre was there to go over the car with me. Overall it was an incredible experience, and I ended up with a car I was in love with. More

The required service is always quoted in advance, and done well. There are no negative surprises. Usman Karim is the only sales rep ill deal with Usman is one of a kind, truly a man of his word unlike other sales rep. He was very helpful in every way possible. Great Experience with Ryan Boyle & Stephanie Gallos We were searching for a used SUV with low mileage in mint condition and found the perfect fit in a white Rogue at the Newmarket Nissan location. Ryan Boyle was excellent in explaining all about the vehicle and going with us on a test drive. We got the price we want and enjoyed our interactions with Stephanie Gallos in the financing department. We will certainly do business with Newmarket Nissan again and will request Ryan Boyle for our salesperson. He did a great job. Removed options/dirty vehicle We recently bought a 2015 pathfinder sl. We were told that all the vehicles newmarket Nissan sells come with roof racks running boards and a few other We recently bought a 2015 pathfinder sl. We were told that all the vehicles newmarket Nissan sells come with roof racks running boards and a few other options the total package was 1400$. We finally agreed on a price that worked for both of us. What they didn't tell us was that they took those 1400$ worth of options off our vehicle. When we went to do the paperwork we declined all the extra stuff they try to sell you. Then the finance manager came in and asked us "so why don't you want to protect your vehicle?" I told her because we can't afford it, and she rolled her eyes. If that wasn't enough when we came to pick the vehicle up it was covered in salt. I asked if they could wash it and they told me "it was washed yesterday". I said it was dirty and wanted it washed. They said they would do it. When they took us out to hand the vehicle over it was still covered in salt. I wasn't very satisfied with newmarket Nissan at all!? More
