More than impressed I purchased a used Mini Cooper from them almost two years ago. Unfortunately 6 months in, the engine blew and being a used car I had no warranty. Being that I couldn't afford the cost of a new engine at the time I had to just park the car and hope I could one day fix it. The real problem was that I was still making payments! I was contacted by Andrea a short time ago to see how I was enjoying my Mini when I told him the story. He felt terrible and had me come down to see what they could do to get me into a new Kia so I was at least driving a car I was paying for. Not expecting a lot I was hesitant but made the trip to dealership anyways. They more than exceeded my expectations in compensating my inconvenience and getting us into a new car with warrantee! Whilst I miss my mini every day, it's great to see a dealership take the extra step. I was so impressed I had my little sister who was also considering buying a car at the time come down a few days later to buy herself a car. Thanks again guys! More
