Well I am thrilled to say that I did and could not be happier with my Mazdaspeed3!!! I once again dealt with Paul Joseph and Bill Zabonas for this purchase and had a blast doing so. They are both extreamly easy to work with and are there to make the process easy for you. What really shows me the level of professionalism and customer care at this dealership is the "post purchase" customer service. The day after my purchase Paul was leaving for vacation over seas for a few weeks.I was pleasantly surprised a week later when my fiance told me that Paul had contacted her asking if I was happy with my purchase and if there was anything that I needed to contact him and it would be taken care of. Who does that!? Paul Joseph and the team at Maple Mazda do! Everytime I walk into that dealership I feel like I'm walking into a friends place now...and thats what a customer should feel like! I'm not big on writing reviews for businesses or anyone for that matter, but the team at Maple Mazda has thoroughly impressed me from sales to the service dept. and they all deserve recognition. Excellent Crew!! We hadn't really thought of purchasing a new vehicle to replace our aging cart yet but wanted to do some preliminary research. Some family members had just recently purchased from Maple so we decided to go have a look. Esso, our car sales representative was incredibly smart, friendly and accommodating. After test driving with him we started looking at numbers, that's when we met Paul and Ryan. Both incredible people and again extremely helpful. When we saw the vehicle we could get for the deal they were offering us we decided to go ahead and do the purchase. Bill for financing is an absolute hoot to be around! very personable and experienced, he knows which package of warranty extras protection suits your needs best. When we traded in our old car I asked if they would mind switching our tires on it as it had the winter tires we wanted to keep for the new car and they took care of it no problem and didn't even charge us for the work! After that was done Esso spent a fair amount of time in the new car with my wife explaining all the features and how everything works. Also he went through a full inspection of the car with us to make sure we were satisfied with everything! A few days later Esso called just to check on us and make sure we knew that if we needed anything to not hesitate to call. Again everyone we worked with at this dealer was incredible and very friendly!! We would definetly recommend them to any of our friends or family! Thanks Guys! More

Buying Made Easy Purchasing a new vehicle can be stressful enough at the best of times, but especially when you are forced to do so suddenly, and during the Christmas Purchasing a new vehicle can be stressful enough at the best of times, but especially when you are forced to do so suddenly, and during the Christmas season, it can be overwhelming. My fiance's vehicle decided to die on her at the worst time. She and I visited the Maple Mazda location on a whim just to take a look around and see what some of our options would be. As we looked at some of the used vehicles in the parking lot we were approached almost immediately by Paul the sales manager. He came across as very friendly and gave us our space to browse without being pushy. After walking into the showroom we again talked with Paul and explained to him our situation and asked what our options were. Being skeptical of sales people I was still unsure of where this process was going to end up. To my surprise, from beginning to end this was one of the most comfortable large purchase buying experiences I have ever had. Between Paul and the finance manager Bill, the entire process was a comfortable one. They both went above and beyond to ensure that the deal could be finalized and that we would be satisfied with our purchase. I have been to other dealerships recently myself as I am looking at purchasing a new vehicle in the near future as well, and the customer service has been nowhere near as good as we were treated at Maple Mazda. If you are in the market for a new or used quality vehicle, I highly recommend dropping into the Maple Mazda dealership. Having only dealt with Paul and Bill I can only vouch for their customer service, but if they are the example set by this dealership for what a customer should expect and receive, then I am sure all of their associates are as equally skilled at making your buying experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I wasn't in the market to even purchase a Mazda for myself, but I am almost certain my next vehicle will be a Mazda and will be purchased at Maple Mazda.
