You only make yourselves look bad. This dealership is first class from sales to service. You make a bad deal!!!! To blame your dealership or salesman IS CRAP!!! We have used the sales and service department many times FIRST CLASS don"t let these stupid people stop you from using this dealer. Great experience! I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience than what I received at Gary Moe Hyundai. I had just left from a horrible experience at Red D I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience than what I received at Gary Moe Hyundai. I had just left from a horrible experience at Red Deer Kia while looking for a new SUV. Hyundai was right next door so I thought that I would give it a shot even though Kia had left a bad taste in my mouth. All staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. My sales person Kevin made purchasing the right vehicle for me super easy and he even got me a great deal! I love my new Hyundai Santa Fe and will recommend both Kevin and Gary Moe Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
Horrible dealership I bought a brand new Santa Fe, my sales lady Julie was a complete idiot...brought my boyfriend with me to get more advice and when he asked her about I bought a brand new Santa Fe, my sales lady Julie was a complete idiot...brought my boyfriend with me to get more advice and when he asked her about the power train warranty and things about the engine and fuel economy she replied with "I'm not a mechanic how would I know" she was more worried about automatic windows and the leather then selling the vehicle for what was under the hood! I bought the vehicle because of the research I had done on it myself and not based on any info I got from this dealership! When I went into the financing manager I had to return 5 times as she kept on screwing things up! When I bought the vehicle there was a small scratch that was going to be fixed by Gary moe and they left it a complete disaster on the inside, when I asked for them to clean it they said it would take all the day! I asked for a courtesy vehicle which they told me during the sale that it was a bonus with buying a new vehicle when work was needed to be done! There reply basically was, go screw yourself we don't do that! I spent a lot of money at this dealership and got treated like xxxx! They are a bunch of crooks!!!! More

The car is still a deathtrap that I wish I would have never purchased. Nothing but problems with the car, I feel like I'm going to die every time I get in it... but everything is within spec... Was told that if I wasn't happy with their service of my car I can always take it to a different dealership (knowing that the closest one is 120 km away!) Do yourself a favor, don't purchase a vehicle here, don't service your vehicle here, in fact stay away from all Gary Moe dealerships, the quality of service is no better at their Mazda or VW dealerships! Very poor Customer Service and rude when negotiating We stopped in last weekend to look at and were very serious about purchasing a Hyundai. When I had initially called to discuss our trade, and desired vehicle, and payment, it was indicated to us that they would work with us.. So we went in... what a mistake that was. We were given the keys to the vehicle - 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe XL - and went for a drive. No salesman discussed any of the vehicle options or features. We figured everything out on our own. Then when we went back to the dealership we said we were still interested, and the salesman disappeared into the sales manager office for 45 minutes, came back with three payment prices for 96 months, 84, months, and 72 months. The 96 month payment came close to what we had asked for - but were looking for the same over 72 months. When we asked for details, it turned out they were ripping us off on our trade in. $4000 less than the lowest offer we have received so far. and $4000 less than black book price. We told them they were crazy and would have to do better, and were told they wouldn't. We left immediately, and my wife called back and asked to speak to the Sales Manager to which she was greeted with very poor manners and sexist comments. She then called the General manager and told him our story - including the Sales manager's unprofessional comments, and the General Manager laughed at her. We went down the street to Nissan and are dealing with them on the purchase of our new car. It is a night and day difference in professionalism, service, and environment. I would not recommend Gary Moe Hyundai to anyone ever. Hyundai Canada should be ashamed to have these people representing their brand. More

These guy sold me a lemon no doubt about it! Multiple problems they never wanted to take responsibility for their cars! I bought an 08 Tiburon the first problem I had was in the first week and it was an problems they never wanted to take responsibility for their cars! I bought an 08 Tiburon the first problem I had was in the first week and it was an anti freeze leak and it was -35 outside and I had to drive the car back to them with no heat with my window rolled down so I could see outside!! Then my emergency break cable snapped and locked the break down on 1 tire in the middle of winter I wore my clutch out driving it like! Then they told me that a clutch is a wear item and that they wouldn’t fix this for me! So now I got to pay a $1500 for a new clutch at my expense! I got them to fix the brake cable and had to fight with them to replace my worn down break as well! Passenger door has had a clunk in it for a few years now got them to fix it!! But all they fixed was the door actuator and to this day the car still has the door clunk every time I open my door or close it! Now my passenger door window won't roll down or up the window motor has seized! The hassle is complete nonsense I will never ever buy another car from them all they care about is money!! Horrible First time new owner car experience!! Gary Moe Red Deer is highly not recommended buy your car else were!! Trust me!!
