first time Chrysler owner Just bought a 2014 Chrysler 300 S and from the moment I walked into the door I knew I was buying the car.......Winston Shamsudeen was my salesperson a Just bought a 2014 Chrysler 300 S and from the moment I walked into the door I knew I was buying the car.......Winston Shamsudeen was my salesperson and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I wanted to test drive the car in the showroom and without hesitation, Winston and a team of sales staff and managers came around to work in moving multiple cars in the small space to get the 300 out for me. After the test drive, we got down to business and the negotiation was easy. I am always looking to get as much out of a deal as I can so I felt bad for the person on their end but they were very willing to negotiate and get the deal done. Slight error on my final bill of sale but they were quick to compensate and fix in other ways which I was happy with. Overall, my experience thus far has been great and this is by far the nicest dealership I have ever been in. It’s a showroom, service department, restaurant, and lounge all rolled into 1. I feel very comfortable in this dealership . Hopefully I won’t spend much time there for service but if the need arises, I know I will be taken care of by a more than capable and friendly team. He walked us through every step of the transaction and even went above and beyond during the test drive and vehicle delivery to ensure that we were comfortable that this vehicle could meet our needs as a growing young family. It was a great pleasure working with him and we will be back. I should give a good mention to Ali as well – he took the time to walk us through the financing options and was also very helpful.
