A seasoned professional who was responsive, fair, and customer focus during a very busy day. Dominika, a new, bright, and friendly sales rep who processed most of our paperwork. I liked the down to earth honesty (especially on the negatives) and the teamwork the dealership displayed. I was not rushed despite the 5 hour visit till past store closing. Our deal was more complicated since Rob took over a sale in process for Eric on vacation, I was a long time BMW customer, and this was my first lease & we took full advantage of the Lexus promotional lease program including the buy down of the rate while effectively simultaneously getting a cash refund on our trade... lots of numbers. Because of the longer delivery time Rob had no issue assessing a second car currently in storage as a potential additional trade in at my convenience. I can’t wait to enjoy my new Lexus. Peter More

I made the appointment at the last minute finding a break in a hectic schedule and Erin Park personnel were particularly helpful in finding a time for me. Due to recent changes in my finances, when my lease came up for expiration this year, I had plan I have been leasing from Lexus for the last 8 years. Due to recent changes in my finances, when my lease came up for expiration this year, I had planned to lease from another company that would be more affordable. In addition, I wanted a smaller SUV than the 350RX and 400h. So of course I was hopeful when Lexus introduced their new smaller sport SUV NX, that was also significantly lower in cost. Unfortunately the cost was still more than what I wanted to pay, but our salesman was very open to working with me to get the price to my comfort range. Thanks to Raj, I'm staying with Lexus for another 4 years! More
