The salesperson addressed our questions, provided us with efficient & timely service, and negotiated fairly on the price with us. The atmosphere in the dealership was friendly & comfortable. We liked how they took our photograph with our new vehicle and sent us a thank you photocard with a lottery ticket shortly after our purchase (we didn't win though ;). In December, a big tree branch fell on our vehicle and broke our passenger mirror. We were delighted that our salesperson spoke to parts department and agreed to give us a new mirror at cost instead of retail, a savings of $200 to us!
