Immediately I was greeted by a young lady who gave off a very friendly vibe. She looked as if she was very happy to be there and loved her job; I could tell that as soon as I entered. While I waited for my service to be done, I was waiting around the front and she struck up a conversation with me about numerous topics such as music, current events, politics and my day and was extremely easy to chat with. I have never had such a great experience while waiting for an oil change! I made sure to catch her name before I left to make sure I could share my gratitude with Davis Chevrolet. He made the overall process simple and enjoyable. Barb in the finance office was clear, concise and effective. to top it off, the truck was ready a full day before promised. Kudos to all involved.
