Great service. Fair prices. I bought my very first car (Nissan Versa) at this dealership. I have been looking around different dealers for quite some time. They let me test drive I bought my very first car (Nissan Versa) at this dealership. I have been looking around different dealers for quite some time. They let me test drive the car the same day and without any scam fees like other dealers have. The staff is friendly and informative. After buying the car I discovered the AC light wouldn't turn off. They got the mechanic to take a look and have already ordered the parts in order to fix it. Austin made sure to fill the gas tank before I left the dealership after purchasing the vehicle. The staff is honest and helpful. More

Friendly service and good pricing I selected the vehicle I wanted online and compared it through various means to other dealers and the price was lower than other with the car having l I selected the vehicle I wanted online and compared it through various means to other dealers and the price was lower than other with the car having lower kms and more options. I test drove the car and Austin was fantastic and very friendly. There was an issue with getting the ownership changed over as it had not arrived from the previous dealership where the car was traded in but that seemed to be by no fault of the staff at Pickard Lane. Austin gave me his cell number and encouraged me to call and get status updates. The car was fully serviced and they even included a set of new tires, machined the rotors and replaced all brake pads as part of the inspection after I had bought the vehicle. All around a good experience. More

Quick service...almost too quick. We picked out the vehicle we wanted online, then thought about it for a week. E-mails were exchanged before arranging a test drive. Got to the dealership for the test drive and Mario was there ready to welcome me, got me right into the 2007 Saturn Vue (4d 2wheel dr, 4 Cyl.) very quickly for a test drive. I was pretty sure it was the car for us, and Mario did not push the sale onto me, he gave me the time to make my own decision. In fact I would have almost preferred if he did more of the talking and explain some of the features to me a little more thoroughly. Pro's Anyway, we got the vehicle signed to paperwork, and they had it ready for us a week later, safety done, and e-test done. Happy with the over-all price :)... Good fuel economy, very spacious for our needs, love the display hud, mirrors, button positioning, and sound system! Con's The Saturn did stall while stopped at a light on the way home, the gas tank was empty (despite a $40 fee for gas!) and the three ketchup packages in the glove box were an unnecessary touch.... Pro & Con mixed Possible issue with the throttle sensor. Had the Saturn for 8 days and had troubles getting it out of the driveway this morning...but I called up the dealership and Mario and the team assured me they would take care of that problem (under warranty) if it continues to act up. :) More
