YOU ROCK MAN "HAARIS KARIMULLAH" i have been to 3 dealers before my final visit to north edmonton kia with "HAARISH KARIMULLAH" THIS GUY HELPED ME AS IF HE IS BUYING CAR FOR HIS OWN i have been to 3 dealers before my final visit to north edmonton kia with "HAARISH KARIMULLAH" THIS GUY HELPED ME AS IF HE IS BUYING CAR FOR HIS OWN i am not a permanent residence od canada, just on student visa. dodge charger was my dream car and i never thought i will find a perfect match for my choices in my budget. but this guy HAARIS, made it. he found me the exact thing i was looking for. A fully loaded dodge cahrger SXT in my budget. he helped me with everything including finance process and he did every thing i said. The first evening I walked through the door his hand was stretched out with a warm welcome…a real gem! There was no pressure and no rush but extreme friendliness from all the staff. Shan, thanks for all the followups, call backs and taking the time for the long drives, coffees, bottled water and for helping me look for my house keys. Best Dealership I have been to!!!! I started vehicle hunting on Saturday, test driving everywhere and every place my boyfriend and I could think of. Knowing that most places want your v I started vehicle hunting on Saturday, test driving everywhere and every place my boyfriend and I could think of. Knowing that most places want your vehicle there so they can appraise it I left it at home. Every where else was pushy for me to bring it back that day. Finally we drove past North Edmonton Kia and walked in, unsure what we had wanted,. We were greeted immediately by Travis, and offered coffee or water. We had a look at what type of vehicle I was wanting to drive, and we seen the Sorento sitting in the show room. As we were waiting for Travis to bring the vehicle up to test drive, we looked at the one in the showroom, and four other people made sure that we were taken care of and that we did not need anything to drink. We also met with one of the Managers (Leon). They were all so nice and not pushy for us to buy a vehicle. We instantly fell in love with the vehicle, which we got to take for a longer test drive, which is not very common. I did not once feel pressured into buying (I did buy of course) and the whole process was smooth and easy from the get go. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

Exceptional, wonderful, awesome and amazing! I went into North Edmonton Kia just to take a look at the actual vehicles and pick up a brochure. I was greeted by Frenchie (Denis) and right from the I went into North Edmonton Kia just to take a look at the actual vehicles and pick up a brochure. I was greeted by Frenchie (Denis) and right from there until I picked up my new Sportage the following week the experience was just wonderful. Sales, Finance, Management and Service were all friendly and professional, incredibly helpful and just added to my overall excitement of purchasing my very first brand new to me vehicle. I can't say enough good things about the entire dealership and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The knowledge and information that the group has is amazing, from financing tips to get the best deal you can for yourself to remembering to setup your Bluetooth in your new vehicle with you and actually calling your cell so you can hear it ring before your drive away (this sounds minor, but the first time the Bluetooth rang in my last vehicle, I just about drove off the road it scared me so much due to the volume and tone). Massi stepped in to complete delivery as Frenchie was off ill and even though it wasn't his sale and (I would guess) he won't see any benefit from the deal, he treated me like I was his most important customer ever, walked me through all the features and "fun stuff" on my Sportage and was a perfect example of the friendliness and attitude of every single person I have had the pleasure of seeing at NEK. Thank you so much to all of the staff for such an amazing experience, I truly cannot sing your praises enough! More

Wow factor Although this probably won't be posted for public eyes, I'll comment anyways... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I go to pick up my new truck ( in which was " Although this probably won't be posted for public eyes, I'll comment anyways... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I go to pick up my new truck ( in which was "apparently" driven by the service manager and was a pigsty upon first viewing and showed nice after a cleaning and second viewing so I signed), and the roof's caved in, fender flares and pillar covers scratched, and the windshield howling by wind after replacement... Take the truck back, they fix the roof, flares and pillars. No cash back for selling a damaged vehicle. Hand keys back. Bodywork dust and handprints all over the interior and headliner, 2 screws and a screwdriver on the console, missing a rubber insert for the drink holder and fresh scratches on the fender and hood... I had to leave before I blew up! And I know people a helluva lot pickier than myself! I Drove off with the wind howling through the windshield feeling defeated. I'm taking it elsewhere to have it all inspected. I couldn't bare going there again after honestly being taken for all that money for a truck that was beat up on their time.... Oh well, I have Friends at CFRN news and People Helper... The Service and Sales Managers left me very bitter. Good people surround those two........ More

Never having owned a KIA, I was not quite sure what to expect. Test driving the Sorento SX V6 was amazing! The quality of the car is superior - the drive was sturdy and powerful. And the features far exceeded my expectations - heated steering wheel, heated backseat, panorama roof top, key less entry (the list goes on...) All the staff that we dealt with in the sales department, as well as the service were incredible - extremely helpful, nice and knowledge about their cars. They are a great team. We will not be going anywhere else for maintenance for our new stylish Sorento! More
