The transactions via phone, fax & email were smooth and the staff accommodating. Their delivery service, which was included in the price, was excellent and a nice bonus! Not having to travel to Lethbridge from Red Deer made the purchase a no brainer for me. Peter is a genuine and honest guy. No used car salesman's tricks, no BS, no time wasting. I'd had negative experiences with sleezy operators at other car yards recently (who I obviously walked away from) so he was a breath of fresh air. Absolutely I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru, even if you're not from Lethbridge! The delivery service makes it easy for anyone in central Alberta (and probably even Edmonton or further north) to buy from this good honest dealer. More

I spotted the "famous" 2009 Ford Ranger and immediately took it for a test drive and also drove a Forester. What a wonderful experience. I told Joe my price point and we looked a newer Subaru models, but he never pushed me to go out of my price range. He is wonderful to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car/truck. I think he knew that once I got into that truck, there would be no changing my mind. He wasn't pushy or forever calling my like another dealership I stopped at. I immediately felt at home in the dealership and while I have a mechanic I've been going to for over 10 years, I feel comfortable taking the truck to Subaru for any mechanical needs, including oil changes. Thanks Joe and Jared for making this the best vehicle buying experience I have had. Joe never made me feel like I was buying something less "worthy" because it wasn't a Subaru. When I picked up my truck, Joe introduced me to Romano and Trent and they were friendly and very professional. Keep up the good work. They helped me to understand what I needed to know about all options for buying, and between this and my reading regarding these models, I decided to purchase a new Outback. Every step of the process, including introductions, test drive, answers to my questions, trade-in of my old car, assistance with options and add-ons, setting up choices of finance and warranty, and followup were all professional, friendly, informative, adapted to fit my schedule, and done in such a way as to benefit me, the buyer. I am in for the long haul, and bought a 6 year, 160000 km warranty. In the end, I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle, and feel confident putting my trust in Subaru of Lethbridge. More

Because we were interested in test driving many vehicles over the course of several weeks, we ended up dealing with almost everyone in the dealership. From top to bottom, the service was incredible. They were all knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and most importantly, none of them were even remotely pushy. This is our first Subaru, but it will certainly not be our last.
