The quality of service I have received has always been excellent. I have worked with both Guy Delisle and Bryan Romaniuk in sales - both are knowledgeable, no-pressure salesmen. I hesitate to call them salesmen because they are most definitely not your stereotypical "car salesmen". To my mind there is only one Volkswagen dealer in Winnipeg, and that is St. James Volkswagen. Actually, I'd say there is only one car dealer in Winnipeg, period! From the sales process, to purchase financing, to after-sales service for oil changes etc., you will never be disappointed. More

annual service The reason for the "good" rankings instead of "excellent" is simply that when I picked the car up, I was told that I would need to schedule an appoint The reason for the "good" rankings instead of "excellent" is simply that when I picked the car up, I was told that I would need to schedule an appointment because one of the LED bulbs in the top/center brake light cluster was out and the bulb needed to be ordered!!!! The dealership did not have a bulb?!?! That seems a little bit silly. Now I need to take time to bring the car back for a little thing like that. Seems to me that these should be in inventory at all times. More
