Great Deal!! I just bought my 3rd Lexus RX350 from Mark Easton and as always it was a fabulous experience. Mark called me a few months before my lease was to expir I just bought my 3rd Lexus RX350 from Mark Easton and as always it was a fabulous experience. Mark called me a few months before my lease was to expire and told me that Lexus had a promotion that would be beneficial to me if I were to come see him. He was right!! In the end I drove off with a new 2015 model with more features than my old model (Touring Package) while paying $120/month less. I told my wife that means one nice bottle of wine every month, on Mark!! In addition to this great deal Mark got me a refund on my last lease payment because the timing of a trip didn't allow me to pick up the new car before the payment was processed. Great job Mark!! Next thing I know, I'm meeting the courtesy pick up driver and driving my vehicle home. So smooth and seamless that it really feels like nothing happened. But I know that for that level of "nothingness", a whole team of people worked together like a well oiled machine. Good job! More

He kept in touch for days informed me all the informations I needed. He has excellent customer relation , great product knowldge and overall I felt sincerity in his approach . He catered to my needs and got me the navigation and the back up camera which I needed. He tried his level best to accomodate in the price range I was looking for. While searching high and low for a vehicle for quite some time, my husband decided to give Lexus on the park a call to see if they had a certain car for sale. Fortunately, he got Benjamin on the line and he told us that the car we like just sold but had another similar car in their inventory. We took it out for a test drive while he gave us the details about the car and was instantly sold once we drove it. Benjamin was so knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process and he was able to give me the keys to the car within days! He definitely treated us like we were special and we loved getting little gifts like the keychains and coffee mugs from Lexus on the park. We would definitely recommended Ben and this dealership to anyone buying a car and we look forward to purchasing our second vehicle with them sometime in the future. More
