It has been my experience in the past that the Sales Rep tends to talk only to my husband, but not Tim, from my first meeting with him last year, through all of our contact via email and phone throughout the year, up to and including the actual purchase this week, Tim proved himself to be friendly, direct and honest. Never once did I feel that Tim was "selling a truck" to my husband, he listened to both of us, asked both of us questions on our wants and needs, and dealt with us both when it came to the actual deal. Finally, a great vehicle buying experience! I found myself in the parking lot of Tom Smith on a Sunday evening frantically looking for a truck before the private deal on my car went through (a c I found myself in the parking lot of Tom Smith on a Sunday evening frantically looking for a truck before the private deal on my car went through (a couple of days later) and I would left with nothing to drive. Of course, no car dealerships are open Sundays. That didn't apply with my experience at Tom Smith. Mike happen to be going in to finish some paperwork (on his day off) and had no problem assisting me while I pretty much hopelessly panicked in regards to my deadline. He showed me several trucks, all of their features and actually listened to me when I voiced features that I did/didn't want. Evidently, I was not an easy customer to deal with. I went back to the dealership consecutive nights following looking at trucks and choosing the one that was perfect for me. Mike showed nothing but professionalism and patience as we would spend a lot of time on a truck and then I would decide that I didn't want it. I felt no pressure from him what-so-ever, which is an extremely important factor for me when buying a vehicle. I have bought several vehicles in the past from many of different dealerships and this was by far the best experience I have ever had.
