From the moment I talked to her on the phone to the day I took my new car home, I always felt that I was in good hands. This was my first time buying a new car and I was very nervous and had a million questions along the way. Jasmine answered all of my questions, either through email or by phone, with an incredible amount of knowledge not only about the specifics of the Mazda 3 but also about cars in general. She knew when to sense that I was feeling a little overwhelmed and let me take my time throughout the entire process. She was able to find me an incredible deal on an amazing car. From my understanding, Peter and Jasmine had to go to great lengths to get me my dream car and I am so grateful for both of them for going out of their way to get me the car that I wanted. When it was time for me to go in and pick up my brand new car at London City Mazda, we were greeted by the nicest employees. (My boyfriend even had an issue with his car and they fixed it right then and there without even making an appointment. Dan helped my boyfriend out on this end and he was very informative and helpful!) Jasmine took her time to sit in my new Mazda 3 with me and program all of my contacts from my phone into my new car! Then she went through the infotainment system with me for a second time (first time being during the test drive). She showed me how to program my favourite music stations and showed me all of the features of this new system! Jasmine walked me through all the functions and features of the car itself again and answered any more questions that occurred. She knows her stuff!! I also thought that it was an extremely nice gesture of Jasmine to tell me that if I have any further questions about the car that may arise after driving it around for a bit, I can call or email her and she would be more than happy to answer them! She also mentioned that this would be easier than going through the Manual that is provided with the car as it is huge. I am beyond ecstatic about my new car purchase and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new car to check out London City Mazda. They beat competitors prices and are the friendliest bunch of sales people out there! I would also highly recommend that you request Jasmine based on my experience with her. She went above and beyond what she had to do for me and has a phenomenal amount of car knowledge. Thank you so much London City Mazda, I love my new Mazda 3! He contacted me at regular intervals without being pushy or pressuring. Jamie made a point of introducing me to his Manager (Jeff) on my second visit and the two of them worked well together in answering any of my questions and keeping me informed. I was looking as several vehicles in the same class as the CX-9 and made the sales staff at Mazda aware of this and they did not pressure me at all and did not speak down about the competitions vehicles. My overall experience dealing with the staff at London City Mazda was over the top and I would have no problem recommending this Dealership. More

First time visit! I dropped in at closing time and met Kim.  I told Kim I had purchased my first Mazda ( used).  I enquired about synthetic oil and a few other inquirie I dropped in at closing time and met Kim.  I told Kim I had purchased my first Mazda ( used).  I enquired about synthetic oil and a few other inquiries.  Kim was wonderful and if she did not know the answer told me she would have the answers when I returned.  Ran into Jeff on my return visit and he introduced himself.  Kim joined us shortly.  We had great chat about maintenance, what I should do now and in the spring.  Jeff and Kim also told me about getting on the email list for Mazda talk and outings!  Fantastic first experience!!!  See you in the spring.   Martha will be put away for the winter.  Thanks again, Karen More

Car was detailed nice on pick-up and all extras explained nicely. CONS they charged us $70 for gas and $10 for plate transfer and have a $399 dealer fee. would shop here again More
