Although, I really missed seeing Kolbi (she always gives friendly and knowledgeable service) when I dropped off my KIA Rio at the dealership, this morning, Mike greeted me warmly and looked after my car service needs. Allen, the shuttle driver, was right there the minute I arrived ready drive me, and again later in the day to pick me up to take me back to get my car. He has a fantastic memory - always enjoy our conversation on route to and from KIA. Everyone of the staff go out of their way to make my experience pleasant. Even got a wave and a smile from a distant Rachel as mouthed to me "How are you,' through the glass of her sales booth in my direction! Thanks HARRIS KIA! More

Refreshing and easy! We did internet searches to get the information we wanted about the Kia Soul prior to making a trip to the car dealership and taking a test drive. It was a very busy day but the staff were quickly attentive and arranged the test drive. The car met all our expectations and every question was answered without hesitation. Followup phone calls and emails were answered equally as quickly. We knew we had made the right choice in choosing a Kia Soul.
