This was vOnce my car was delivered, Nick Bales set me up with my new car and seamlessly explained all the new features and benefits to me and quickly did the paper work and organized my insurance and I was on my way. Thank you Kevin Fam for your excellent customer service! I broke down late on a Thursday afternoon and had to be towed to the dealership, and, of course without an appointment. As my luck would have it, it was just before the long labor day weekend and it was not a small repair that was needed. Kevin was able to get the car in, assessed, fixed and out the door, just before closing on Friday, so I could have my car for the long weekend, which was much appreciated. He kept me informed and updated and explained everything step by step. I really could not ask for much more from Kevin. Thanks again.
