Sales and Service at Freeway Mazda the Best!! I recently purchased my third Mazda 3. My first was also from Freeway Mazda. I returned this time after a less that great experience at a dealership I recently purchased my third Mazda 3. My first was also from Freeway Mazda. I returned this time after a less that great experience at a dealership for the second time in my own neighbourhood. I have been servicing my other 2 Mazda's at Freeway and am always impressed by their service and openess on what is required as well as cost. The little touches like washing and vacuming my car before return do not go un noticed. I asked the Service team for a recommendation for Sales and they pointed me to Harv. Harv's knowledge and enthusiasm about the Mazda product was impressive. Harv was open and honest, did not pressure me which was appreciated. Especially as a woman initially shopping on my own I appreciated his respect for my focus on performance and warranty rather than pretty color and inside design. I work in Client Service Management for a major telecomm and can be a demanding cusotmer. I was very happy with the Sales experience start to finish!! More

Perfect car I met Harv with no knowledge whatsoever of any Mazda products. I previously owned an Si. I saw an ad for Mazda3, so came in to test drive. He asked me lots of different questions about how I drive etc. Then he showed me a MazdaSpeed 3 which I ended up purchasing! And I thought I was going to always be a honda girl...no way!! Zoom Zoom! After researching this site's review we ventured out to Freeway Mazda early Sat am. No sooner pulled in and starting looking at the CX-5 when Peter approached. He listened to our needs and wants then offered his knowledge and what seemed to us as an unbiased opinion. Road test took us on the highway, city streets, hills and gave us a good idea of what to expect from the vehicle. Negotiation was quick and simple, no bickering as we had a budget and they met it. Drove it home that afternoon. What we expected walking in was far from how we felt when we left. Would highly recommend Peter & Freeway Mazda if your in the market! More

Thai is a very funny person to get along with, and he will do his best to give you the best deal as possible. I save myself lots of money because of him, and I was glad that I went to this dealership.
