Operations manager-Terrible! We took our 2024 MDX for a noise issue. They looked at one thing and banked on that being it. After 6 hours on our second visit, they told us they road tested it (they didn’t, we watched) and sent us on our way. As soon as we got on the highway-same noise. I called the ops manager and asked that they send someone to pick the car up for service as we can’t spend hours there waiting. He refused. Wouldn’t hear of it. So we took the vehicle to Acura in Ann Arbor and they had us fixed in two hours. More

I really wish zero stars was an option. I believe the dealership is incompetent from top to bottom. I had a big issue All they wanted to do was call me a liar and the cowardly manager refus I believe the dealership is incompetent from top to bottom. Would leave a 0 but I can’t so I guess I’ll leave a 1. HORRIBLE experience today! Went to get an oil change and had the splash guard not put back on properly so now it is dragging. To start out we were told the drain plug was stripped and had to pay $5 to have it replaced but yet this dealership is the only one to do an oil change for over a year! So that means they are the ones who stripped it. But we get the oil change we leave, make it almost home and start to hear a noise which my husband knew automatically what it was.. the splash guard was improperly put back on causing it to drag. I then call and talk to the service representative who relayed my concerns to the service manager and they told me I could “come back up and they could see what they could do with what is left over. “ I tell them my car was properly put together when I went to the dealership and it should have been properly put back together when I left the dealership but we live almost an hour away and we would be come back. They closed an hour from the time I called we made it back at 6:04. 4 minutes after they “closed” and there was not one person left in the service department. We spoke to one of the sales representatives he tried his best to help us but also did not understand why they were all gone so quickly. The sales manager gave us the name and number of the service manager and I will be calling in the morning but wanted to make this review because this absolutely absurd customer service. If my car was not put back together properly they should be making an appointment to fix what they have broken. More
The first time we visited Acura of Troy for replacing the car battery we had a good experience, so naturally we decided to return when we wanted to install a hitch on our Acura. Over the phone we were quo car battery we had a good experience, so naturally we decided to return when we wanted to install a hitch on our Acura. Over the phone we were quoted $690 for parts and $600 for labor. We payed for the parts and returned a week later for the install. That's when the problems started as now they said labor was going to be almost double the original quote (over $1,000). When I inquired about the discrepancy they denied giving us the initial $600 labor quote and kept asking over and over again "well who did you talk to?". We do not tend to transcribe our phone calls so that lead to nowhere. We were not comfortable with this new almost double price so we declined the service and tried to return the parts. They refused the return. Also, no shuttle service if you need to drop off your car and go somewhere and don't have a driver. Finally, the service manager assured me that they will respond and deny any wrongdoing put forward in my review. Unfortunately, we will take our business somewhere else from now on. More
