If you use your dealership for vehicle service DO NOT expect much from this dealership. I took my 2017 Sorento in for diagnostic and repairs ( I felt like it would be in the nationwide recall for Engi expect much from this dealership. I took my 2017 Sorento in for diagnostic and repairs ( I felt like it would be in the nationwide recall for Engine failure due to poor oil performance and retention) on March 3. After it was not not repaired when July rolled around we decided to have it moved to another dealership. I'm not sure how they expect people to function without a vehicle, but apparently they do. I only had one car at the time of my engine messing up. I had to buy another vehicle because I had no way to get anywhere and had 3 school aged kids. This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced. More

Had my car for 6 weeks never figured out what was wrong and charged me outrageous amount. I recommend never get your car serviced by them. After 6 weeks I called and they said it had electrical problems and I needed a new motor?? I took it to a different mechanic shop and it was fixed in just one week!! Worst place ever More
