I’m submitting the second review Because I still wanted to add something regarding the cost of service. On my receipt, there is a $76 miscellaneous charge when I asked Taylor about this charge. He indicated that it is a generic charge that everyone incurs. I think it’s ridiculous that your dealership tax on an additional $76 miscellaneous charge when everyone knows that dealerships are always the most expensive place to get Your car repaired. The addition of this miscellaneous charge onto my bill will strongly influence whether or not I ever come back to have service done at this dealership again. I would much rather go to a standalone automotive repair shop and then pay for some ridiculous miscellaneous charge that an already money bloated dealership is charging. More
