I wanted to take a little time out of my day to share an amazing buying experience. I consider myself to be a fair and honest person, and that is what I expect when I am making a purchase, especially a larg amazing buying experience. Unfortunately in todays world customer satisfaction is something for days gone by. Understandably many companies deal on line and never have to interact with the customer, but that should not mean the people behind the profit are forgotten. At Chatsworth Ford the good ole days are still alive and they are thriving. Good old fashioned customer service is alive and wants and concerns of the customer are still a priority. I had the pleasure to do business with Randy Boswell and Jonathon Kidd. Randy was fair, honest, and upfront with absolutely every aspect of the transaction. Never once did Randy or anyone at Chatsworth Ford overpromise and underdeliver! There is a line between profit and people and that line is thin. Randy and his team walked that line with perfection and realistic expectations. I can not be more upfront with how well I was treated and how many times Randy went the extra mile on my behalf. I now consider the fine folks at Chatsworth Ford part of my Ford Family. I can not wait to make my next Ford purchase, and I will be recommending Chatsworth Ford to all of my friends and family. Another great service experience Just had my 2015 F-150 Lariat serviced and asked that two issues (water accumulating in a rear door and an intermittent beeping sound) with the truck Just had my 2015 F-150 Lariat serviced and asked that two issues (water accumulating in a rear door and an intermittent beeping sound) with the truck be looked into. My truck was ready early and they corrected both issues for me. The beeping sound had been a annoyance for me and it turned out to be coming from an after-market monitoring device which I had canceled the service for, but I had forgotten to remove the device. Their technician drove the truck and figured out what was causing the beeping sound!!! I am one HAPPY CAMPER!!! More
