One of the most unethical Dealerships we have ever dealt with and based on our service experiences, they have a total disregard for the customer. There were two separate events that were horrible the last o with and based on our service experiences, they have a total disregard for the customer. There were two separate events that were horrible the last one being when my wife took our Buick in for powertrain warranty service and they said the part was covered but the work to replace it was not (totally different than the stated GM Warranty). That extra work would cost us $1,922.00! They treated my wife horribly (assume because she is a woman) and we argued back and forth for three weeks which left us without a vehicle. Finally, we took it to another dealership who, covered 100% by warranty, had it repaired in less than 2 hours. Tried to speak and email leadership at Jeff Wyler numerous times with no response. We have filed an ethics complaint with GM to hopefully prevent the behavior with future customers. More

I Love y Boys! They are always in a good mood they are fast and friendly. If they are running behind someone always comes out and talks to me and tells me what is going on. I tried for weeks to get in down the road and couldn't. My husband delivers cars here and told me to call...I called and made an appointment here and had it for the next day. My wife is in her 7 th year of Alzheimers. I can't wait around for a long period of time because she is home by herself. On a Friday, on my way home from a doctors appointment, I stopped in and told them around for a long period of time because she is home by herself.
