They allowed me to purchase a Mirage over the phone. The deal was amazing and I was happy to come from Toronto to collect my car. Everything was done and ready when I arrived and there were no mystery fees attached to the sale. I would buy there again in a minute if Mitsubishi had anything worth buying now.
Dealer failed to fix our vehicle after they admitted their techs completed a substandard transmission repair. Vehicle was purchased new here. Was also conned into extended warranty. After first replacement transmission began to leak, it was taken back to them. They added fluid and put off replacement to put warranty claim in for a second transmission. As it turns out, their techs had over torqued the first replacement and caused a crack in the casting. They knew that the claim would be denied because they have to return all warranty parts to Mitsubishi for study and engineering. They decided to internalize the repair. They had the vehicle for approximately 6 weeks. Their “in-house” fix was to apply JB weld over the crack to cover their flawed work. When a claim was put in at another dealer, they declined it - saying it had been tampered with. THIS DEALERSHIP SHOILD HAVE REPLACED THIS AS IT WAS THEIR TECHS THAT CAUSED THIS FAILURE. They hid behind the fact that Mitsubishi Canada was not willing to pay for Bankstreet’s substandard repairs. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE SCAMMERS.
I called 3 times and sent several emails to cancel a service charged on my card 2 years after I purchased a car. Each time I called I received a different orientation and my call was forward to a sales manager voice box that never replied to me. I expect to receive a call, cancel the wrong charge and receive it back in my credit card. Please Mitsubishi support, assist me.
The Service Department lacks organization and is terrible. Booked an appointment for 845 and returned at 1500, the vehicle wasn't ready and hadn't even been seen. I still ended up waiting and hour and a half for the vehicle. In addition, the tires included in the original sale crapped out after only 24000 km. That is crap quality and crap service.
Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV 2024 I have recently purchased this vehicle from the Bank Street dealership. I was happy with the service provided and I would like to express special thanks to Chu who showed great professionalism and attention to my questions..
After a decent sales experience, we brought our less than 2 week old 2024 Outlander to the Service Centre for a loud noise it was making. They told us after keeping our vehicle for 2 days that they “couldn’t find anything wrong with it”(so they could charge us since they don’t value honouring warranty work). Charged us $190 for no diagnosis found. They removed our hitch and clearly worked on it, but wouldn’t own up to their installation mistake. Our car had 50+ km on it, smelled of cigarettes and a McDonald’s receipt in the front seat. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! I will never go back. They are lying, unethical and manipulative in the service department. I would not recommend this location!
