I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Okotoks Nissan with Evan both times. He is great and the dealership is great to deal with.
I experienced complete lack of transparency on the recent purchase of a used Nissan Rogue. They knowingly sold me a vehicle that had been smoked in. I purchased the vehicle from BC and did most of the paperwork over the phone. I had complete faith in the integrity of this business as i falsely assumed they would disclose something important as a smoked-in vehicle. They had the SUV freshly shampood when I arrived to pick up the vehicle and I didn’t detect it till about 1 week later after the vehicle sat in the sun. I am devastated as this ruins all the excitement and anticipation I went through for this purchase. I live on very limited income and a large purchase like this is a big deal for me. I reached out to the dealership and they had no offers other than to drive back 5 hours and get the SUV detailed again. No other compensation was offered.
Very happy with my new vehicle and Henrik has been a super salesman. We had very good service. In fact everybody at Nissan is just wonderful to work with. I’m very happy with my new vehicle and the Nissan dealership.
our family chose to deal with Nissan in okotoks since i have no problem nor experiencing major issues with my old one. Everybody there still the same the way they treat customers, they're so polite and professionals from the General manager down to sales representatives, no need to mention their names since they're popular to every nissans costumers. thank you.
So having a husband that strongly dislikes anything to do with the car buying process purchasing a new car tends to be an arduous process. For him to spend anymore than a few minutes in a dealership is unusual. We went to Okotoks Nissan to just see what they had for Small SUV's - We met up with Evan Campbell as we walked in - and after 2 test drives and lots of information from Evan we are the proud owners of a 2024 Murano. I cannot stress enough how unusual this is for us - good on you Evan you are one heck of a great Salesman. Even after picking up our new vehicle Evan and the staff of Okotoks Nissan have been great - making sure we are happy and confortable with our Murano.
