At first, everything went great. From the time I bought my 2025 Outlander GT to the time I picked it up, the salesman "Left for months". I guess that's a perfect excuse for the rest of Erin Mills Mitsubishi to right me off. Paid cash for it and that's the last day anybody there wanted anything to do with me. Everybody you ask for on the phone isn't there. Emails are ignored. Called head office to see what's what and they're just as bad. Websites are shut down. Mitsubishi connect is useless in Canada. Suppose to be one year while Americans Enjoy 2 free years. Second year connect offers 30% off if you have a code. LOL good luck. I have never seen an attitude worse than Mitsubishi. They're motto seems to be .... " We have your money now get lost and don't bother us ". They brag about an Extra long warranty but it might as well be a hundred years. There's nobody there to answer the phones.

Avoid Mitsubishi at all costs! Fuel consumption is more than 25 liters per 100km! Advertised is below 10 liters/100km. Customer service? Why? no customer service: just sale service. CRAP! I wish i read similar reviews before buying this fancy expensive junk.

Purchased a used car from this dealership. They fooled me into thinking they were different. In the end the car was to be detailed, and it came back not detailed specifically dirt on the gear shifter and steering wheel. I was told it was wear and tear, but they tried to clean it...not no avail. saying it was the best they could do. I took it in elsewhere to be detailed. Turns out it was dirt. Also when this other facility cleaned/detailed the engine they found an animal had been leaving under the hood and had chewed away a part of the air intake. Very noticable if you opened the hood. I brought it to the dealerships attention to no avail. They basically said its not our problem. Now they have our money its our problem. I guess its my fault, In this case it really seems to be true what they say about trusting people. At least this has been my experience with this dealership. It really is the little things that matter, if these two items were resolved. This review would have been very different. Just want to share with others to watch out. I will

Caroline went above and beyond to help get me into my new car! I am very grateful for her time spent and knowledge. Service was professional and they follow Covid protocols. The car was clean. Caroline was very helpful and explained all that I needed to know. The GM was also very helpful. The whole team made the process of buying/trading my car and getting into an RVR great!

Major liar and false commitment, do not trust sales staff or Manager anything without in writing. Avoid cheaters like this car dealer. Never recommend anyone.
