What Others Say

Thank you carol and Gell i really appreciate your help to get my new 2026 black edition honda pilot i can’t wait to drive this in the summer.

Took my Honda for a windshield replacement in Crown Honda Mcphillips and they totally messed it up. First installation was botched. Took my car home and there was a thunderstorm the next day. Headliner on the driver side was soaked. Took it back the same day as it was already dripping through the side panel where the airbag was located. The person that looked at it said that they 'tested' it before releasing but clearly, it wasn't put on or cured properly as it was leaking. He looked very pissed when I told them to redo it as I'm not taking my car back specially if it was raining and the electronics were getting wet. After couple of days, the same guy (the windshield manager), informed me that they 'fixed' it and there shouldn't be a problem. I asked how did they tested it, and he said he ran a hose for quite a bit and there was no leak. Inspected the work and saw like EXCESSIVE amount of adhesive was put on that it was oozing through the headliner. Adding to that, my dash cam's cord was ran through the windshield sensor, like wrapped to the other cords, through the passenger side air bag (wrapped) and through the blower motor inside the glove box. There's no way you can just pull it out as it was tangled with other cords inside the dash and the sensor. I had to remove the plastic panels just to remove the power cord. Very rude and unprofessional.

In 2021, I got my car repaired of these guys and started getting an issue with starting the car right after. Recently I called them about this fuel pump recall I heard about but they told me that they replaced my fuel pump in 2021, but I was completely unaware of it. I had taken my car to them again and they did not resolve my issue and charged me $200. On top of that they even wash my car properly.

I always prefer to get my car serviced at crown honda mcphillips i just want to say thank you Dewie he was nice and knowledgeable keep you safe and your car safe to use .thank you

We bought our Honda in December; it is already three months we are riding our wonderful new hybrid car. Want to thank seller Kyle Cruz who guided us well and yet advised to consider a new car loan with twice lower interest rate from Honda instead of twice higher interest from bank for the used one. Also want to highlight perfect work of Farrah who guided us with the financing.

Thank you to Lance for his service and for the great work he did to make my car fixed.he was very knowledgeable about how to do things with the vehicle nice person to talk to he make sure and explain it to you how everything works before and after the inspection and he will tell you what to do and he will give you an update when he’s finished with everything and he will let you know what the plan was and he can call you back if you want to wait until the job is done.
