What Others Say

My son , myself and 2 fur kids drove 7.5 hours from Northern Ontario to finalise and pick up our new Canyon Delani this past Saturday. From start to finish we were well looked after. The emails, texts calls with my concerns were always dealt in a prompt and professional manner . John Balta and John Koo were very personable and I would highly recommend them for your next vehicle. thank you both so very much. Also a very big thank you for the warm welcome at the reception desk.

Dave Hamm was extremely helpful and your service department, specifically Dave Fraser, is the reason I continue to use Wallace.

Very happy with my experience using Wallace Service. Friendly and accommodating, great place to deal with!

I recently inquired about a 2006 Pontiac Solstice advertised by this dealership. The vehicle was listed at $9,999 “as is”, then later at $14,999 Certified. On CarGurus, the same car was shown at $9,999 Certified. When I contacted the dealership, I stated that I was prepared to purchase the car at the $9,999 Certified price as advertised. The dealership refused to honor that price. After further discussion, I was told that another buyer had placed a deposit and that the sale was pending credit approval. I am sharing this experience to highlight the inconsistency in advertised pricing and the refusal to sell at the price publicly listed. Consumers should be aware and confirm all details in writing before proceeding.

This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this dealership. The latest was. I brought my car in for a 4 wheel alignment. And after a little over a year, it wore out the inside of the rear tires, the same reason I brought the car in the first place. After checking the specifications on the paper, they gave me and looking underneath the car at the adjustment camber bolts. It's obvious that they didn't even make an adjustment. They charged me $220 said they did it and didn't do a d*** thing. And now I've lost another $400 pair of tires. A lot of the reviews here show this place has no integrity whatsoever and you can believe it

Terrible dealer. While negotiating a used car purchase, they didn’t disclose the car came from Quebec. This was only discovered when I had a pre purchase inspection elsewhere and found the underside unusually rusty. They refused to return the ownership of my trade in until I agreed to only get half of my deposit back. I have advised many colleagues, neighbours and friends to stay away from these sheisters.
