I finally found a two salesman I really trust and will deal again with Swap. He has some learning to do but is honest in his approach and gave Us a Amazing Deal on a used Cadillac. Being mentored by Chris really helped as He has the knowledge and patience to train another helpful salesman. DO NOT!!!!!!!! buy anything from this inept bunch. Peter the manager laughed when I told him I paid $180 to have my parts shipped overnight. They gave me some lame excuse that they didn't receive their parts order from the GM warehouse. That's a LIE!!!! The fact that he thought it was funny tells me all I need to know about this dealership. What a sad excuse for a manager. I will NEVER buy anything from this clueless bunch again. I wouldn't trust them to change the oil in my lawn mower. What a sad group of people

I was Very pleased with service department. Thank you very much for all you have done. As for the sales department, I was very disappointed in their sales man name.Swapnil Patel He was very, very pushy and I asked him. Many time to back off the vehicle will sell itself. I do not need to be pushed. My wife asked not to be pushed by him he. Also told us That he had no dealer plate 4. A test drive and had no insurance to allow us 2. Take the vehicle Ford test drive. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in his attitude towards people purchasing vehicle school. Upon picking up the vehicle, there was only one. Snow tire. I was told to come back a 7 hour. Drive to Pick Up the Other 3 Due to Him. Not being able to retrieve the other 3. Thanks to the service department, they delivered them to my home again. Thanks to the service department Jerry
