Logan Helmers did a lot to look after me when my car started to make a noise on my way across town. I pulled into Go Kia South without an appointment and he immediately looked under the vehicle and took it for a test drive. An appointment was made for the next morning. Throughout the two day process Logan helped w Uber rides to and from a car rental co.and provided assurance, knowledge and professional guidance which I greatly appreciated at this stressful time.
The service advisor who booked my car in was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The car was ready when promised and they even had it washed. Great work!
Service was on time and fast and very pleasant . Office was clean and tidy and relaxing.

Engine went in my Kia Sedona around 150 kms. Kia sent me a quote for over $50,000 for a new engine! I thought it was a typo! They came back with a quote for 12,000 for a used engine. Tried doing a trade-in and that went poorly as well. I'm done with Kia, just bought a Caravan!
