What Others Say
The best place when you are taken care off. We would like to thank Nelson, Ron,Amanda, and Spencer for their hard work and dedication to make us happy with the service they provide.Thank you to all of you was nice working with all of you.
Chris Klein and Southgate Audi were very helpful in getting me into the right vehicle at the right price and time. No rush. Hard working, honest and helpful. Great service team as well. I liked my Audi A4 experience so much that I stayed with the Audi brand on my next vehicle purchase which is now an SQ5 with a little more cargo space. Thank you Chris!
I brought my Audi into service without an appointment, as I had a warning light pop up on the road from Calgary.
NORM was very welcoming, accommodating and said they were pretty plugged but if I wanted to leave my car I could.
I did and took an Uber home.
Within 3 hours he called, said the mechanic had taken a look at it and the intake manifold needed to be replaced. They went ahead with it as well as new gaskets and seals and was mind-blown that Warranty covered it!
I picked it up and again, I can't say enough about Norm's delivery and professionalism, as a service person.
I highly recommend if you need to take your Audi into Southgate, you try to get to Norm. He made the experience flawless and a joy to work with!
No help after I bought my used certified Q5. One week after I got the car the light came on took to dealership. Told me it will cos 5000 to fix talk to sale manager he told me he will call me back and he never did call me back. Don't buy a used audi it is not certified.
Terrible dealership to deal with. Ongoing communication w/ them was taking place and we agreed on a number for them to purchase my R8. Everything confirmed in writing via texts etc. that it would be the price whether I decide to purchase another Audi or simply outright sell my vehicle to them. I did my research and ultimately decided to settle on a non-Audi vehicle and expressed a desire to move forward with selling my R8 to these guys (only a few days/weeks later) and suddenly the number dropped by $10K.
Been their client for over 5 years by having a different Audi vehicle serviced by them. As an individual who is somewhat familiar with the car industry, having owned over 36 vehicles in the past 10 years, while I am well aware that shady practices in this industry exist, really the first time had to experience one. I wanted to let it go and move on, but the feeling is quite unpleasant.
I won't name the sales staff as I don't believe it's ultimately their fault, but as a business and an 'upscale' dealership, if you give your word to someone, then have the courage to stick to it, instead of getting greedy and wanting to increase your profit margin. Even at the number they agreed to pay initially, they were leaving themselves at least a $15K profit margin, and I guess that wasn't sufficient and they wanted to make it even bigger.
I wasted a significant amount of my time and effort based on their representations of the numbers to look for something that's suitable for my current needs and when it came time for them to follow-through on it, they completely dropped the ball. We were having discussions of numbers that were possibly larger than what was on the table initially and when that didn't happen, I was willing to live with what we had agreed upon but then they unilaterally decided to drop that by a significant margin completely blind siding me, as well as the other dealer, who was facilitating the deal.
I will not conduct business with them ever again and none of my friends and family that have purchased multiple vehicles from them over the years will be giving them business in the future. Ultimately, it won't matter to them I am sure, but I in good conscience can never associate myself with a business of this nature.
I was taken care of very Well, both from Ananastasia Pellerin and Chris Klein, they gave me all the information, everything was correct, they helped to get me approved quickly, payments where explained very well.
