I have been dealing with this dealership for the last twenty years. It is always a pleasure to visit their office, service or show room. Everyone is so pleasant.

Was heading from Sudbury to Ottawa on the Friday of a long weekend pulling a travel trailer. Just before the Arnprior exit around 2:00pm, the truck went into limp mode. We limped to the dealership and the service department said they would take a look. Turned out it was an injector and a harness. They did not have the required parts, but sourced them from two other dealers to arrive by the next morning. They let us set up our trailer outside the gate beside the sales area and provided us with water and electricity for the evening. The mechanic, James, started dismantling the truck late Friday afternoon. At 9:15 the next morning (Sat), James knocked on the trailer door to tell us the truck was ready to go. We're cannot thank Dave, the service Manager, enough for the great way they took care of us. At some point late on Friday, Mike, the sales manager, even came by to make sure we were doing ok.
