This dealership is five start all around. They worked hard on getting me the car I wanted and after shopping around I got the best deal here. Highly recommend. Great team.

Terrible!! They looked at my 2500 ram 2 times for a trailer notice on the dash that wasn't clearing. They also said there was a recall for a computer upgrade. They told me I needed a new trailer sensor. I waited a few days for the part and returned my Ram back to them for according to them a 1 hour fix. I knew something was wrong when I didn't hear back until 5 hours later. They couldn't fix the issue. When I picked up my truck, they said they were in touch with engineering and they would get back to me. I'm still waiting after 5 days. Also when I asked if they did the update for the recall, the woman at service replied " you didn't need it". So basically Raceway Chrysler soaked Chrysler for 2 warranty calls and did absolutely nothing for my truck. I brought it to my mechanic, he fixed the issue in 10 minutes. That's why people including myself have no faith in dealership service. Trust your own mechanic. The dealership is useless.

My initial sales experience with Arman was quite good, he was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The service dept here is another story unfortunately. When I picked up my brand new Ram pickup in Dec 22, the tailgate was visibly misaligned and I brought this up. No problem I was told, it could be addressed during the first service visit. It wasn't, in fact I only found out when I came to pick the truck up from service that it had to go to the body shop and there was scheduling conflict etc. No problem, I would have it addressed on the next visit. During the next visit the body shop was closed it was becoming a separate entity and wouldn't be open for a month. Ok, the paint is now wearing off the tailgate and the rear quarter panel where it rubs. I call again yesterday to make an appointment through Raceway service where Emily tells me she can't help, I I have to call the bodyshop and deal with this warranty issue on my own with no help from her or the dealer I bought the truck from. No one answers the phone there and no one calls back. My new $85,000 truck with 19,000 km is starting to rust and no one can or wants to help. Brutal lack of customer service - I would not recommend servicing your vehicle here nor will I ever buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Service was amazing. I would recommend my family and friends to come! I wasn’t ready to purchase. But I will definitely comeback👍

I recently purchased a used Ram Big Horn 1500 from Raceway. I live 4 hours away from the dealership so I dealt with MJ (Salesperson) and Manjinder (Finance) exclusively by phone or online before picking the vehicle up. Both MJ and Manjinder made the entire process easy and straightforward. All my questions were answered quickly and professionally. I will be back to talk to them when it is time to purchase another vehicle.

Just wanted to drop a line, I recently bought a Jeep from Shane Marsh and the service was great, he made the purchase straight forward and had the Jeep Wrangler I was looking for. Was able to do the sale pretty quick and pick up the car within a week, no complaints.
