Everything is great when they’re getting your money. But when they make a mistake, they try to push you under the carpet. Don’t return calls don’t fix the errors that they made. Hope that you go away and don’t worry about the mistakes they made. Terrible way to do business terrible way to treat customers. My recommendation is move on down the road. There’s lots of reputable Honda dealers that will look after you even after they get your money Honda used to be the greatest company in Canada to deal with for cars. It seems they’ve slipped recently due to inept dealers like this.

Daniel Pissokas was my salesperson, and he was absolutely incredible—knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle for my wants and needs. He provided multiple options, answered every question thoroughly, and never once made me feel pressured into making a decision. He allowed me to take my time and make the choice that felt right for me, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free.
Hasan Mohammad, the sales manager, was also extremely pleasant and efficient, helping make the process smooth from beginning to end. Emily Joucas the Financial Services Manager was equally amazing. As a first-time Honda owner, she made me feel confident, comfortable, and reassured throughout the financing and paperwork process.
I’ve visited other Honda dealerships in the past where I felt pressured into signing contracts before I was fully comfortable, and I ended up walking away. This was the first time I truly felt relaxed, respected, and at ease while purchasing a vehicle. That alone speaks volumes about this dealership and the team they have there.
The pickup experience was also exceptional. When I arrived to pick up my CR-V, Dan was outside personally wiping down my vehicle to make sure it looked absolutely perfect before handing me the keys. That level of care and attention to detail meant so much to me and really showed how much pride he takes in his work and customer experience.
I am beyond happy with my new vehicle and the overall experience. I’ll absolutely be recommending Pickering Honda to my family and friends. My daughter will be purchasing her first car within the next year or so and it will definitely be a Honda. I already know I’ll be reaching out to Dan again to help her find exactly what she wants and needs.
