I have many exotic cars and I never had any worse experience with a dealer who is suppose to put service first. I tested the water on my audi S7 with this dealer to see how professional they are and they messed up the order and at the end I had to fully pay for their mistakes. I realize it was only a few hundred dollars but that is why I will never trust these guys with my big setup. I am so disappointed that Pfaff does not put costumer service their number one priority. They speak as if they care but truly they don't. I will speak openly with any Pfaff manager or owner about my disappointment should they choose to contact me.
