Terrible customer service & once they have your money they don't give 2 xxxxs about you, your just a #
Saddened and disappointed son April 18- took my 89-year-old ailing mother’s 2025 Trax in for appraisal to determine the fee to break the lease. After being given the figure, I asked for some time to think about it. Was told I could come back May 2 with a decision. The fee would likely decrease since there was another payment coming out. I was grateful for the time to consider whether I was doing right by my mother since I was recently granted Power of attorney. May 1- notified by Dealership that our appointment would have to be postponed because there would be no finance people available on May 2. We set an appointment for Thursday May 6. May 4-I texted the Sales staff to get an exact figure for the bank draft to break the lease. Received a call from a Manager informing me that the fee had increased, nearly $1000 higher than expected after the latest lease payment. The reason given was that GM was giving a cash rebate on new models of this vehicle and that made used models less attractive and therefore the resale price had gone down. I texted the sales staff I had been dealing with the following, “…I am not interested in talking to anyone as I feel I will say something I regret. It feels dirty that the number on Saturday was lower, the appointment was cancelled and now it is nearly $1000 more…” May 6- returned the vehicle with as little interaction with the staff as possible. You can decide for yourself, but if there was a lower rating than one star, that’s what I would choose. If the mission is, “wring every last cent out of an 89 year old woman suffering from dementia and cognitive decline”, then, well done. You’ve achieved it.
Would not purchase a vehicle here if it was only dealership on earth, financing dept very unprofessional and nickle and dimed me with hidden fees

Requested a trade in evaluation , Andrew emailed me asking a few questions I responded almost a week later still haven’t heard back , must not want the business ! I’ll take my business somewhere else . To bad bought two brand new trucks from dodge this could’ve been the third but won’t be from parklane Sarnia
