Recently had my car in as taillights were not working. I was visiting from van island.They had access to my car for 3 days. I was told it was either a relay switch of smart junction box. I would be notified if it was the sjb. I wasn’t notified so presumed the taillights were working and never checked. This cost $500. I don’t drive at night much so it was a couple of weeks before discovering my taillights were still not working. I bought my car from Ocean Park Ford, and as I didn’t have much luck with the dealership in Parksville, thought I’d go back to them. Really disappointed. Taillights are a safety issue. Gone are the days when a dealership is concerned about customer safety.

Samir made the process pleasant. Not pushy, no pressure, he listened and responded with just what we wanted. Didn't try to talk us into something else, just respectful and helpful!! Thank You Samir. Mike was pleasant and helpful in the finance office as well. Again, gave us info and not pushy. I walk away from the pressure cookers as I cant stand it! Thanks guys! Love the truck!!
