Very efficient very knowledgeable, was able to make help satisfy my needs and were very flexible

I’ve been dealing with this dealership for about 6-7 years now. They are all fabulous, right down from the owner, Mike Jackson, to all of his staff. Up until yesterday, I was dealing mainly with service. All three of the service advisors are friendly and. Courteous. I’ve mainly been going to Dave, who is wonderful by the way and this week I had the pleasure of working with Leo. Crystal is very helpful and courteous as well. I haven’t gone to her yet. This week is the first time I have bought a vehicle from here and the experience was absolutely fantastic. John was very knowledgeable and had the patience to explain anything and everything to me. He was so friendly, helpful and courteous and knowledgeable. He sure knows his stuff. We had some good laughs. Dominic was who reached out to me to promote the deal. He was also very good at getting me to cave. Jenny was fabulous in dealing with the administrative aspect and getting the deal finalized. It was a pleasure working with everybody and even with the people behind the scenes who I didn’t see. Thanks all for such an enjoyable experience.
