Worst commercial customer service I’ve ever experienced. When you drop $200k to purchase a fleet of trucks they kiss the ground you walk on. When you want to sell those same trucks they treat you like garbage. Shameful
Service Advisor was very professional and was very good about explaining items that may require attention on future visit.
Late on a Friday, two days prior to my wife’s scheduled heart surgery my Buick developed a coolant leak. I took it into Leggat Chevrolet Cadillac Buick Saturday and David Elliott, Service Manager, took personal charge, asking me to wait while he had the problem diagnosed. The required parts were not available before Monday and the car should not be driven. He arranged a rental car for me, promising to keep me informed; just as my wife’s surgery was complete, I received his text advising my car was ready; I picked up my Buick the next morning and David had the rental car returned for me. I’ve been dealing with Leggat for ten years and will happily continue.
be very careful of what they list online I was looking at a truck it’s a diesel, but in actuality, it was a gas truck they listed wrong info online. it was a brand new truck as well.
This is the first time I dealt with the Leggat dealership in Burlington. I was very impressed with the sales lady, Hailey Bennett, the financial manager Michael, and Piero, the sales manager. They were all very professional and accommodating during the entire purchasing process. There was no concern that was too small for their undivided attention. The follow-up assistance after I took possession was A1. They appreciated that this was a big purchase for me and acted accordingly . It was a great experience!
A family member brought a car in to be certified, July 2023. The certificate expired some 35 days later with the registered owner not having transferred it to his grandson, as yet. We took it back in to be re-certified, which they did but, they missed a leaking fuel line, a loose tie rod and a badly worn tire that needed replacing. Initially, my complaint was met with the wall of zero accountability but they backed off and told me to bring the car in and hey would see what they could do. Trust destroyed, We took the car elsewhere to be repaired.
