I think that's important because a lot of dealerships are constantly trying to up sell. These guys were genuinely concerned about meeting my personal needs rather than talking me into luxury items. They made no fuss when I left the first time because I wasn't feeling ready to commit. They also had all the manufactorer mrsp stickers on the cars so you knew they weren't boosting prices like I've seen at another ford dealership on the island
