I had to go in a few times to expedite the process of an engine replacement. The car had been sitting on the lot for 4 weeks and the service advisor that I was dealing with was not returning messages and I also went in a few times to speak with him directly. Once I got in contact with the service manager, things moved very quickly and efficiently. He is an absolutely valuable asset to this organization. I have yet to pick up my vehicle, but I now trust if there are anymore issues that they will be rectified promptly. I would definitely deal with this dealership again.
