What Others Say

What an awful Experience dealing with these people. I would never come back to this place again. I’ve got nothing but insults. The gen manager was so arrogant and rude. The finance manager pretends he listens to your concerns but not really as he still insists what he wants. They dont listen to their customers. We felt being coerced and trapped in this contract. I felt miserable after my day ended what a waste of my time that I had to cancel my appointments talking to these people. Not trust worthy people and would not recommend dealing with these dishonest beings. Im still puzzled of how they were able to trade a car without notifying me or my husband first where in we are the ones who signed as owners!!!

The dealership in town, people are nice and accommodating I will service my vehicles here all the time, keep up the good work!!!

Dismissive Service Department. Brought in for diagnostic on all dash trouble lights illuminated, and mileage cut in half. Dash lights due to sensor, parts ordered, dismissed on the mileage issue. 1 month later, returned for install of the sensor on order, and again, dismissed on the same mileage issue which is a torque converter that will suddenly not lock up below -10C. Left dealer, 105km later, dash lights are back on, so called service and I'm told they could book me in, but there may still be a full charge to scan the issue. No comment on the 22 Frontier that used to get 800km/tank that now only gets 400km/tank. Save the hassle and buy a Tacoma, I know i will be!

Nissan has be awful to deal with for our lemon of a Kicks. Our first issue came up a month into owning it when the battery would not charge. The mechanic at Nissan couldn't figure it out until the tow truck driver pointed out that the cables running from the alternator to the battery was not the correct size. We have had thus vehicle for five years now and I still hate it. One thing after another goes on it. We just wanted something affordable and reliable. The Nissan Kicks is just an all around terrible car. We recently ended up purchasing another Ford to replace our Ford with over 200k (no issues ever!) and I am in love with our Ford Explorer. It is a beauty! And drives in the winter! No dead battery. No incompetent mechanic and dealership. No Nissan to deal with.

The salesman, Rahul was amazing to work with face to face and all the information he provided via text messages as well. There was no pressure to purchase but when I did they were all fantastic getting the vehicle ready for me to take home.

They took care of me in my vehicle perches friendly to me exsept sales manager didn’t listen to wat I wanted to buy no respect for my wife
