Purchased a new Traverse from Jamie. He helped find the perfect vehicle while respecting our budget. Never felt rushed or pressured during the purchase and he followed up a few days later to make sure we were comfortable in the vehicle. Finance department was also great and Ryan was friendly and gave us what we felt was a fair deal on warranty & maintenance package. Will definitely be buying our next vehicle from this team!

This dealer is the worst in barrie by far the staff only care about there pay checks. There used car staff will sell you a lemon knowingly then make you fight for things to get fixed even after perchesing a 7000 dollar warranty. There perfesionlisum is ZERO. Got a truck from them they said its getting a new transmission first before pick up it never got a new transmission they lied we still have problems right from the beginning they have used my warranty for the transmission after 800km. Gave me it low on oil yes it burn lots off it engine know needs to be replaced it sounds tarible. Trying to use are warranty for the engine all within 8000km. Transmision still doesn't work properly. No accountability at all Fire there hole staff con artist all off them.

We have been very pleased with both the sales and service departments at this dealership.Our sales rep Jeremias Damiano was attentive right from the start. He told us about the vehicle including what damages had been fix on it. After we bought the vehicle, we noticed several problems. When we spoke to Jeremias, he quickly arranged with the service department for repairs to be made, including replacing the rear camera. Brittany in the service department listen to us and made arrangements for the vehicle to be fixed. On a couple of occasions we needed a ride, and even though, we don’t live in Barrie, arrangements were made for a ride either to or from the dealership. Very poor customer service. Damaged our brand new truck on first service. Never returning to this dealer. I will tell everybody what happened and how this dealer blamed everyone else for this damage!!
