Wrote about an ujoint replacement on my Jeep Wrangler last year. Well, the opposite side needed replacement this time. Again, without an appointment and an urgent need to use the vehicle the next day, Laurie was able to get it done within 4 hrs! Just unbelievable service. Honest, Trustworthy and competent. Highly recommended.

My 2014 Jeep Wrangler was recalled due to the Passenger Airbag Inflator. Lesley at the Service Center had me in and out within 90mins. And the time included an oil and engine air filter change. Amazing!

My Jeep Wrangler developed a serious steering issue. Having just move to the area, I could not go to the dealer where I purchased the vehicle. And I had to travel to Toronto for work the next morning. Without an appointment Laurie found a way to slotted me in and have Garrett diagnose the issue. Garrett found the problem and had it fixed in about an HOUR! Laurie said the u-joint was the problem and it was replaced. She handed me the keys and said no charge...replaced under warranty! Excellent introduction to new dealership. Will go there for all service needs now.
