Corey Vasquez is the man you need to talk too! Very knowledgeable and friendly....no pressure and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Would definitely recommend speaking to him if you are in the market for a new vehicle! Finance manager Alex Gratto was great as well- very honest and helpful with determining what we actually need. Overall great experience.
As the saying goes, only giving 1 star because I cannot give zero. During negotiations the price kept going up, even with higher down payments. Crooked dealership that should cause GM corporate great embarrassment. Not sure how they are able to operate when they clearly do not abide by OMVICs rules and regulations. I should have known better than to consider them after hearing so many nightmare stories. A disappointment on all levels. Do yourself a favour and buy or lease elsewhere
The woman named Carrie who answers the phone is a racist person who made called us ni**ers , being a family of color it was very traumatizing for my young children, i so NOT recommend anyone go to this place stay far away.
I came to this dealership to look at getting a vehicle for my family but it was the worst experience, as I came in the door the woman who answers the phones looked up at me then turned around as I was trying to ask her something, as we were looking at vehicles i heard her say "dam xxxxxxx" as a person of color i was HIGHLY offended and left immediately as my children who were with me heard and and did not want them to see how upset i was. I am disgusted and alarmed such a big company such as General Motors has employees who have racist hatred towards other cultures. I will be taking my business elsewhere I did notice the person's name, which is Carrie. I want others to be aware and know that this dealership has racist's who are employed there so they can go to another brand preferably.
Amazing customer service . Hands down the best dealership in Ontario . Ask for Corey he has knowledge like no other when it comes to vehicles .
A bunch of thieves sales representative Sabrina answers some questions to get the deal done so she can collect her commission but sold me a rusted truck which was brand new , newer sales representative needs mentoring and training says one thing does one thing , discriminated me against my culture … tell them about problems with the truck she ignores messages , same thing with Dean sales manger someone what a bit more understanding they want to offer , $200 floor liners for rust on the $100 k truck , they ripped the yellow Commerical sticker on the truck I asked for a new sticker they said no SABRINA then DEAN the sales manger said he can get me one STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP there’s many others dealerships.
