Very professional staff & knowledgeable, Was treated with respect of what matters to me in my choice of what was on the dealership lot ,the Matt Mclean the Manager was very pleasant to deal with in my purchase the parts Manager Neil Mcinnes was also very pleasant to deal with as for the rest of the staffing were always respectful and looked after what ever I had for questions.This dealership deserves a 5 star 🌟 rating

This is a very friendly dealership. Our sales person was Simon Singh he is professional, treats you like a friend and does a great Job in communication. He makes sure all your questions are answered and follows up. Matt is the Manager he is very involved to insure you are happy. Rick very helpful and knowledgeable. Garrett was a great help in the finance part of the transaction made you feel less stressed. Everyone is awesome

I am very disappointed with the dealership. I came into test drive a new Pathfinder.After testing driving the car I saw on the website I was told that the price for that vehicle was higher than what was advertised online due to some extra items. I was given a sheet with the pricing. It had a market price and a your price, both of which had no tie in to the online price. There was a bit of a breakdown of what was included but that came out to a different number again, with no detail even after the manager telling them to give me an itemized breakdown. I expressed my disappointed and was called by the sale manager who told me that the online price did include all of the extras they addied the day I came in. I was called by the sales person a day ago and I said just send me by email what you are willing to take for the car. I still have not heard back. There was a general lack of respect for the fact that this is a big decision spending a large amount of money. Someone brought a dog into the dealership that got better attention than me.

I visited the dealership while in Edmonton and I must say I was very impressed with the staff and the welcoming feeling I spoke to Shauna Mager in Finance and she was amazing at explaining in detail all the options that were available. A definite 5 star for this dealership!!
