I wish I could give 0 stars. I had a young kid as my salesman and it was okay for the test drive. I absolutely loved the car it was my dream car. However, I wanted to think about it and he tried to pressure me into doing a credit check and purchasing immediately. He also sent me unprofessional text messages when I said I didn’t want to get stuck in high car payments. He texted “the math isn’t mathing” and lost my sale immediately. You don’t talk to a customer like that no matter their age and I was at least twice his age. I went to another dealership just down the road and got a great SUV in the price range I was happy with no pressure and very professional service.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing a used Tacoma from the crew at Kia Victoria. I first worked with Arturo from a distance as I sought information from him about this particular vehicle. He was patient with my many questions and provided me all the info I sought. He even recorded a little video of himself, showing me the truck live; that was a really nice touch. He was so friendly and genuine in person too...a real pleasure to work with! Everyone was great at the dealership and they made the financing, registration and insurance happen in good time. The ICBC rep comes right there to provide services. Nice! I'm very happy with my purchase and the services I got through Kia Victoria. Two thumbs up!

Brought in for a catalytic converter replacement under the 130km emissions warnanty. Tried to deny the warranty three times. Then when ready for p/u there was a sap or wax sticky substance all over the back of the car, and my car keys. Unable to remove and the small patch we got off had discoloured the paint. Rear right wheel and side looked to have been curbed as the back plastic was off and scratchs on car. Told they couldnt help as service team was gone and the best they could do was say to call tomorrow.
